Louise started out as an assistant to already well-known photographers in Orange County . After a while she discovered that her "journalistic" type shots started to become 80% of album picks by clients of other photographers, so she decided to venture out on her own.
Top of the line digital, professional film tricks (cross process, infrared, etc.), creativeness, service, and humor will help you have a wonderful photographic
session. With customer service as her background, it enables her to be especially helpful, and caring on your day. Her photographs have been featured in Bride and Southern California Bride Magazines.
She photographs your day with enthusiasm, simply and elegantly, and with a “Lady's Eye”.

What's your primary style - traditional, posed, photojournalistic, candid?
I primarily shoot in a loose photojournalistic style. My aim is to capture all of you moments as they unfold. However, I understand the need for posed formals, but try to shoot them without cliché’ poses (unless that’s what you want). I set up beautiful compositions as opposed to the typical grip and grin.
Do you shoot in color, black & white, or both?
I shoot in high-quality digital format, which means that any of your photos can easily be transposed into black & white, or even sepia tone... whatever you desire. I am also professionally trained in many art film processes, such as infrared and cross process.
Will you be the one who actually takes your wedding pictures?
Yes, I will be contact, and I am also the same photographer that will photograph your wedding. I can also have an assistant shooting as well so that we don’t miss a thing.
Are you open to a list of must-take photos (pictures you definitely want shot)?
Yes, in fact I strongly encourage you to create one so that we are all on the same page for you big day.
What kind of cameras do you use?
I use professional quality Nikon DSLRs, and variety of lenses. I also carry several a back-up cameras, batteries, memory cards, and flashes in case of break-down or failure of my primary camera, although this has never happened.
